Welcome to Unit 57 Seafront Estate, within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to the Turquoise Coast's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by and communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch for tenant use. Large grassed areas for the kids to run around whilst you sit at the bbq area with your family and friends having a drink.

Unit 57 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the main living area & main bedroom and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. This Unit sleeps 6 guests and the bedding arrangement is 1 x Queen & 4 x King Singles.

Please note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

SORRY NO PETS - any breach of this condition will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
