This larger unit situated in the Seafront Estate is a self contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and has everything you need for your getaway to the Turquoise Coast. Air conditioning to all bedrooms. Granite bench tops to the kitchenwith a full oven and cook top. Large living area with modern furnishings, outdoor setting in the courtyard which leads you out to the large grassed, BBQ and pool area.

Bedding consists of 1 x Queen, 1 x Double and 2 x King single beds. Linen and towels provided.

Please note: There is NO WI-FI at this property.

SORRY NO PETS - any breach of this condition will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The form requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card details. Our office requires a photo copy of the booking guests credit card and a copy of their drivers licence with photo ID.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
