Welcome to 18 on Doust, Unit 18 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to the Turquoise Coast's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by, communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.

This large, self-contained modern town house is big enough for the whole family! With a large open plan living upstairs, private balcony with ocean views, secure court yard and air conditioning to the main living areas. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric oven and cooktop. 18 on Doust sleeps 10 guests, with 3 bedrooms, a sleepout & 2 bathrooms. The bedding arrangement is 4 x Queens & 2 x Singles.

Please note: Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.

There is NO WI-FI at this property.

SORRY NO PETS - any breach of this condition will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars. Each unit has 2 bays for parking.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
