This is BIG! Whether you're honeymooning, holidaying with friends and family, or just getting away for a break, this large apartment is right on the water and is the perfect getaway. Swim, snorkel and fish 50 metres from your door and then relax with a spa and watch the sunset from the balcony. Flat screen TV, air-conditioner and leather lounges ensure comfort at night. Designed to easily accommodate two families/couples with separate and spacious living/kitchen/bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. This property has WIFI. Communal BBQ only.

Please Note This Property has outside security cameras and internal sensors which will be disabled when guests arrive.

Sleeps 8. Bedding consists of 2 x Queens,2x Singles and 1 x Bunk Bed.

Please note: Linen is supplied-sheets, towels & bathmats.

SORRY NO PETS - any breach of this condition will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

What to Bring: All properties are fully self-contained; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

The common property area (ie pool, BBQ grassed areas) is for use of guests staying at the complex.

***Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
