Welcome to Unit 48 Seafront Estate, within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay. A short walk across the road is the Turquoise Coast’s stunning beaches, great fishing spots, skate park, basketball hoop and more. You will be overlooking the pool and right near the communal BBQs that are perfect for entertaining and cooking your daily catch. Plus, the kids can play safely on the large grassed areas or ride and scoot within the complex.
Unit 48 is fully self-contained and sleeps 8 guests (2 Queens & 2 Bunks) with air conditioning to the living area and master bedroom. It is one of the few units in the complex with complementary Wi-Fi and modern appliances for your convenience. There are 2 TVs with in-built chromecasting to connect to watch your favourite movies & shows, with one of these creating a “Kids zone” for their entertainment.
Indoor and outdoor games are also available to use and keep you occupied.
All this makes Unit 48 the perfect place in Jurien Bay for adults and families to relax and enjoy a holiday.

Please Note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

SORRY NO PETS - any breach of this condition will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

The Seafront Estate has limited parking for cars.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

* Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
Unruly behaviour from groups or individuals will not be tolerated at any of our properties
