Welcome to Unit 38 Seafront Estate, within a stunning complex located right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to the Turquoise Coasts most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks at your fingertips, why would you not want to stay here! With a pool to relax by and communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch for tenant use. Large grassed areas for the kiddies to run around and have cartwheel competitions, the cool bali feel gazebos are the perfect position for judging (10/10).

Unit 38 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the main living area. This Unit sleeps 6 Guests and the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 2 x Singles.

Please note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats.

SORRY NO PETS - any breach of this condition will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

What to Bring: All properties are fully self-contained; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
