Welcome to Unit 23 Seafront Estate, located within a stunning complex right in the heart of Jurien Bay. With only a very short walk to the Turquoise Coast's most stunning beaches, great fishing spots and beautiful parks, why would you not want to stay here!? With a pool to relax by, communal BBQs perfect for entertaining or cooking the daily catch and a large grassed area for the kids to play.

Unit 23 is fully self-contained with air-conditioning to the living area. This unit sleeps 8 guests, the bedding arrangement is 2 x Queens & 4 x Singles (2 x Bunks).

Please note: Linen is supplied - sheets, towels & bathmats.

Please note: There is NO WI-FI at this property.

SORRY NO PETS - any breach of this condition will incur a $100 pet cleaning fee automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card and the pet must vacate immediately.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.
