This fully self-contained 3 x bedroom,1 x bathroom property has reverse cycle air-conditioning to the main living area, a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ & large secured yard for the kids to play safely.

Please note: There is NO WI-FI at this property.

Cedar will sleep 7 guests, the bedding arrangement is 2 x queens & 2 x tri-bunks.

Please note: Linen is supplied, sheets, towels & bathmats. Sorry NO PETS.

A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.

Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes.

* Note we CANNOT rent to School Leavers or persons under 25 years old.
